acceptance date by BABwMTT on October 9, 1962 coded KE+346 without test flight, preserved in long-term storage for 3 years under project "21"
camouflage scheme "Norm 62" according tech order "TA-196" in 1964; modified and test flown September 16, 1965; acceptance date on November 16, 1965 by BABwMTT
DF+104 JaboG 36 at Hopsten AB delivery date on November 25, 1965
21+77 IRAN at Messerschmitt on November 15, 1968, back to JaboG 36 on June 19, 1969
crashed August 27, 1969 shortly after take-off from Hopsten AB due to engine failure caused by an open nozzle, pilot did not eject and was killed, written off

Project "21": 21 aircraft from the ARGE-Süd production were provided with long-term conservation for the purpose of later rearmament and parked at Manching. 
Later, when enough retrofit kits were available the aircraft were upgraded
