crashed August 7, 1986 at Pingtung AB after loss of control of the flight controls system during take off
the pilots could not lift the nose of the aircraft (possible hydraulic failure) and ran off the runway,
missing the BAK-12 arresting cable and the arresting net, and slid down a sugar cane field for 700 meter, before it stopped
pilot in front seat was heavily wounded, and rescued, pilot in back seat was ejected, but heavily wounded and killed
(the strong vibration caused the back ejection seat to fire and ejected the pilot); the aircraft was written off.
