F-104G "4349" 28 TFS, the "Baby Dragon" squadron, ROCAF 3 Wing at CCK (Ching Chuan Kang) AB 1989 F-104G, construction number 683D-6120, model 683-10-19, US serial number 64-177775, built by Canadairfirst flight April 2, 1965 at Cartierville, to USAF July 12, 1965 coded FG-775/47775 after 4 flights with 5:55 flight hours delivered to Brookly AFB via Wright Patterson AFB July 12, 1965; arrival at Kaohsiung harbour and transport to 1st Depot at Pingtung South AB in December 1965 ROCAF delivery coded "4349" under project "Ali Shan No.5"; in December 1965 to 8 TFS of 3 Wing at CCK (Ching Chuan Kang) AB, January 1976 to 28 TFS; in 1990 in 3 AG pool withdrawn from use in 1993 at 1st Depot, Pingtung South; scrapped in 1999. ROCAF operated a total of 282 aircraft funded by the Military Assistance Program, a mixture of new-build and surplus F-104A, F-104B, F-104D, F-104G, F-104J, F-104DJ, RF-104G and TF-104G were used.
