flown with register number "174" for test flights; KF+149 airlifted to Messerschmitt Manching, Germany on July 3, 1962 with 20 flight hours
project "Loreley" as Fighterbomber (for JaboG 33) with Vulcan M61 20 mm machine gun installed and long range tanks as loose parts
technical problems during acceptance flights, back to Messerschmitt on November 9, 1962, new engine installed and tested until May 14, 1963
accepted by BABwMTT on May 28, 1963 after 14 additional flights in Silver-finish colors
DC+117 delivery date May 30, 1963 to JaboG 33 at Buchel AB; camouflage scheme "Norm 62" according tech order "TA-196"
crashed March 10, 1966 shortly after take-off from Buchel AB in bad weather after a possible APC failure (kicker),
pilot was killed; written off; struck off charge order (AVA) December 14, 1967.
