over the Zuidersee (Waddensee), West of Harlingen, Netherlands, pilot did not eject and was killed; struck off charge order (AVA) February 9, 1967.

AG 51 based at Ingolstadt-Manching was on a squadron exchange with the Twenthe AB Starfighter
from 306 Reconnaissance Squadron. The visiting Starfighter (8106 code EA+107 and 8160 code EA+248)
collided over the Zuidersee (Waddensee), West of Harlingen, Netherlands, both pilots were sadly killed in this accident
