F-104G 21+59 JaboG 31 at Tactical Weapon Meet (TWM) at Jever AB June 1968 F-104G, construction number 683D-7028, company model 683-10-19, built by Messerschmitt (MTT) manufactured by South Group (ARGE-Süd); assembly by Messerschmitt-Manching starting May 23, 1962 with parts from Lockheed assembly in Fighterbomber version according lot 1; first flight at Messerschmitt January 21, 1963 coded KE+328 project "Replace" with modification as Fighterbomber (for JaboG 31) with Vulcan M61 20 mm machine gun installed, and long range tanks as loose parts acceptance date April 10, 1963 by BABwMTT with 3:30 flight hours DA+115 JaboG 31 at Norvenich AB delivery date on April 11.1963; camouflage scheme "Norm 62" according tech order "TA-196" on June 3, 1966 during IRAN at SABCA with 341 flight hours; back to JaboG 31 on March 23, 1967 21+59 crashed on June 9, 1969 on a return flight from Decimomannu AB during landing at Buchel AB at Berken, near Buchel AB after thrust loss due to an open nozzle, the pilot was killed; struck off charge order (AVA) September 11, 1969.
