MAP (Military Assistance Program) under project "Ali Shan No.8" to ROCAF for 427 TFW at CCK (Ching Chuan Kang) AB coded "4193" January 24, 1983 delivered by sea container and arrived at 1st Depot at Pingtung South AB for reassembly and IRAN; in 1984 delivered to 41 TFS of 499 TFW at CCK (Ching Chuan Kang) AB coded "4193" moved with 499 TFW to Hsinchu AB in August 1986; stored at CCK AB in April 1998; May 22, 1998 at F-104 farewell at CCK AB planned to be displayed at a park in Chichi, Nantou County, but the town suffered huge damage in the big earthquake in 1998 early 2001 it was found displayed at 823 Campaign Memorial Park in Taichung City, Beitun District, with the 48th squadron insignia painted on the tail fin. This was a temperate marking only for the F-104 retirement ceremony 2003 first noted, March 13, 2009 noted; May 2025 noted.
