March 21, 1974 coded "R-819" to 723 Esk; crashed September 5, 1978 near Vildsund, Denmark due to a horizontal stabilizer break-up in a jet-wash during ACM between two F-104 and a German RF-4E
pilot ejected safely. The aircraft exploded over Vildsund, Denmark; airframe time 2.796.
