operated with 28 TFS of 3 Air Group; withdrawn from use; stored at CCK AB in 1995 noted; stored 2000 noted.

During 1963 to 1965, under projects "Ali Shan No.2, No.4 and No.5" 3 Wing at CCK (Ching Chuan Kang) AB
received 56 F-104G and 13 TF-104G to equip squadrons 7, 8, and 28.
After 10 years of service, the survivors were regrouped into two squadrons, the 7th and 28th. 8th TFS disbanded in 1975.
