F-104G DF+106 Jagdbombergeschwader 36 (JaboG 36) at Hopsten AB F-104G, construction number 683D-7048, company model 683-10-19, built by Messerschmitt (MTT) manufactured by South Group (ARGE-Süd); assembly start by Messerschmitt-Manching August 28, 1962 assembly in Fighterbomber version according contract lot 2; acceptance date July 29, 1962 by BABwMTT coded KE+348 without test flight preserved in long term storage for 2 years under project "21"; camouflage scheme "Norm 62" according tech order "TA-196" in 1964 modified and test flown on May 21, 1965; again accepted by BABwMTT on July 29, 1965 DF+106 JaboG 36 at Hopsten AB delivery date on August 10, 1965 21+79 IRAN at SABCA December 23, 1968 with 572 flight hours, back to JaboG 36 on March 3, 1969 Decimomannu detachment in 1974; JaboG 32 at Lechfeld AB on March 8, 1976 crashed September 20, 1976 near Gingen during an ACM mission after loosing control due to overstressing the aircraft, pilot ejected safely written off; struck off charge order (AVA) February 9, 1977. Project "21": 21 aircraft from the ARGE-Süd production were provided with long-term conservation for the purpose of later rearmament and parked at Manching.
